Job Responsibilities:
As Assistant Vice President for Integration and Metrology, Mr. Passaro is responsible for:
- CMOS technology installation, integration, test and characterization;
- Integration support for partner and faculty research programs;
- Joint development of advanced technology;
- Off-line metrology, failure analysis and analytical support for partners, faculty, students and proprietary research; and
- Coordination of alliances with major partners, such as ATOTECH, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, IBM and SEMATECH
