• CMOS technology installation, integration, test and characterization;
• Integration support for partner and faculty research programs;

• Off-line metrology, failure analysis and analytical support for partners, faculty, students and proprietary research; and
• Coordination of alliances with major partners, such as ATOTECH, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, IBM and SEMATECH
